Toy Shock International Limited is a Hong Kong based entity, founded in 2004, to produce and distribute toy products. The company's original distribution centered around Disney licensed Role Play products for girls, and continued with these as the core product category until the company was acquired in 2015, by a group of US led investors. Since that time, the company has broadened the product lines to include Radio Controlled vehicles (the company's primary product category), as well as licensed Digital Pinball Machines (within the Electronic Games category). The Role Play category has also expanded to included licensed items from Fisher-Price and Mattel (Barbie), while continuing the original license relationship with Disney (Princess, Frozen, others).
